Co-Vision for Coaches
Your development isn't separate from your practice. It is your practice.
Developmental Coaching & Supervision specifically tailored for you, because who you are is how you coach.
Is this you…
You know coaching is what you're here to do - and you want to do it well, not just adequately
You've already done some inner work and you haven't stopped wanting to go further
There's a gap between the coach you are and the coach you sense you could be
You carry a quiet self-doubt that capability alone hasn't shifted
You want to bring your full self into the room with clients, and you're not quite there yet
You want to be seen clearly - by someone who won't let you stay comfortable where you are
You're tired of reflecting alone and want a container that actually holds something
You care about being part of a profession that takes itself seriously - ethically, professionally, and developmentally
You know supervision is both a professional requirement and an ethical responsibility, and you want yours to actually mean something
You know the work is you - and you're ready to do it
Introducing Co-Vision for Coaches…
Co-Vision is the developmental supervision experience inside Deliberately Developmental.
Most supervision looks at your work. Co-Vision looks at you - the person doing it. A small, closed group of coaches working together over a year, going to the places that talking alone doesn't always reach.
Who you are is how you coach. This is where you do something about that.
What’s included:
Six sessions over twelve months, one every other month, a rhythm that gives you time to integrate what surfaces before you return.
A different medium each session - image, sound, movement, visualising, witnessing - as an invitational prompt to access what's alive in your practice.
A developmental theme per session, chosen to meet the group where it is and move it forward.
A closed group of four to six coaches only, small enough for real intimacy and honest encounter.
CPD and supervision hours toward your EMCC and other professional body membership, with documentation provided.
A 1:1 add-on option, six individual developmental supervision sessions to run alongside the group for those who want a more personal thread through the year.
How it works…
STEP ONE: Express your interest
Fill in a short form and I'll come back to you within 48 hours. No obligation - just a conversation to make sure this is right for you, and you're right for the cohort
STEP TWO: We talk
A short conversation, two ways. You get to sense whether this feels right. I get to understand where you are and what you're looking for. Places are offered where there's a real fit.
STEP THREE: Confirm your place
Once we both know it's right, I'll send you everything you need to secure your place in the next Cohort. Numbers are small - four to six coaches only.
STEP FOUR: The year begins
Six sessions over twelve months, every other month. You bring what's alive in your practice. The group does the rest. You leave different to how you arrived - and glad of it.

Why Co-Vision
Philosophy...
Most supervision looks at what you did. Co-Vision looks at who you're becoming.
That's not a small distinction. It's the whole point.
The coaching industry has broadly confused awareness with development. Coaches learn to narrate their patterns with real precision and still find themselves run by them. Insight alone doesn't change anything. What changes things is working at the level underneath — the identity, the interior, the self that shows up in the room whether you intend it to or not.
Who you are is how you coach. Not who you're trying to be. Not the version of you that's read all the right books. You, as you actually are right now. That's what your clients feel. That's what either serves them or limits them.
Co-Vision is built on that truth.
It's a developmental container, not a reflective practice group. The work isn't to review your cases and tick your hours. It's to know yourself more clearly, trust yourself more fully, and close the gap between the coach you are and the coach you sense you could be. The supervision requirement gets met. That's a byproduct, not the point.
Each session works through a different medium — image, sound, movement, visualisation, witness — because development doesn't only happen in words. Some of what shapes how we coach lives below the cognitive, and you need to reach it differently.
It's held by an EMCC accredited supervisor with a developmental psychology lens — which means the container itself is built from the same orientation it's asking of you.
It works in a group because you can't see yourself clearly alone. Being witnessed by peers doing the same serious work creates something individual supervision can't. You see yourself differently when others see you clearly. The group becomes the instrument.
This isn't for everyone. It's for coaches who are serious about their own development, who've already done some inner work and want to keep going, and who are ready to be witnessed honestly — not assessed, not managed, genuinely seen. If you want to tick a box, there are easier ways to do it.
If you want a shift you wouldn't want to come back from, this is where that happens..

Yes and more than that. Co-Vision meets your EMCC and professional body supervision requirements and you'll receive documentation for your hours. But the work goes further than standard supervision. It's developmental. The focus isn't only on your cases. It's on you - who you're becoming as a coach and what's shaping that.
-
Each session has a developmental theme and works through a different medium - image, sound, movement, visualisation, witness - as a light invitational prompt. You bring what's alive in your practice right now. Not a polished presentation of it. What's actually there. The group reflects, explores, and sees together what none of you could see alone. You leave with more clarity than you arrived with - sometimes immediately, sometimes in the days that follow
-
You bring yourself and what's real for you - that's the commitment. The sessions aren't passive. But there's no performance required, no right way to show up, and no assessment of what you bring. The container is held carefully so that what's real can surface safely
-
Because you can't see yourself clearly in isolation. Being witnessed by peers doing the same serious work creates something individual supervision alone can't. You see yourself differently when others see you clearly. The group becomes the instrument. That said, if you want a more personal thread running alongside the group, six 1:1 developmental supervision sessions are available to add. The two work well together.

Co-Vision is for active coaches - people who are practising and have real work to bring. You don't need a full client roster. Your portfolio will naturally shift over the course of a year and that's fine. What matters is that you're coaching, reflecting on it, and serious about developing your practice.
-
No. This is developmental supervision for coaches. The work can touch personal material - because who you are is how you coach, and the two aren't separate. But the focus stays on you as a practitioner and the development of your practice. If something surfaces that needs therapeutic support, I'll say so.
-
It is a commitment and that's the point. A year gives the work time to move through you, not just happen to you. Development needs integration. The every-other-month rhythm is intentional: time between sessions to live with what surfaces before you return. The year also matters for the group. Real intimacy and honest encounter take time to build. You're not just committing to your own development - you're committing to the container that makes everyone's development possible. That ask is taken seriously, and it's why places are offered by conversation.
-
Life happens. If something significant changes, we'll have a conversation. The commitment is to the group as well as to yourself, so continuity matters - but this is held with care, not rigidity.

Co-Vision is £800 + VAT for the full year. You can pay in full at booking, or in four instalments: £200 + VAT at booking and £200 + VAT at session 3, 5, 7.

Coaches who are serious about their own development - not just their CPD hours. Newly qualified coaches building their practice with real intention. Coaches mid-transition from another career who want to do this properly. Coaches who've already done inner work and want to keep going. People who want depth, real connection, and a space where their evolution is enabled, not assessed.
-
Coaches looking to tick a supervision box without doing the real work. People who aren't yet ready to be witnessed honestly by others. Coaches who want quick answers rather than actual development. If you're looking for a place to hang out, this isn't it - have a look at the Coaches Corner instead.

The minimum to run is four. If we don't reach that for the start date of the Cohort, I'll let you know as early as possible and offer you a place in the next cohort or a full refund.
