Co-Vision for Executives
Your influence and impact is constrained by how maturely you experience the world.
Executive Developmental Coaching specifically tailored for you, because who you are is how well you lead.
Is this you…
You know leading well matters to you, not just leading adequately, and there's a gap between the leader you are and the leader you sense you could be
You carry a quiet self-doubt that competence alone hasn't shifted
You've had a wake-up call, a health scare, a loss, that showed you how much was running on autopilot, and you don't want to go back to sleep
You want someone who builds your capacity, not just your calendar. Real range, real partnership, not another technique
You're after maturity, not polish. The kind that holds under pressure because it's actually yours
You want your impact to carry the same weight as your title. People feeling the truth of you, not just hearing it
You're surrounded by people who tell you what you want to hear, and you can feel what that's costing you
You want someone who calls your bullshit because they're for you, not against you. No sycophancy, no politics, just the truth as they see it, and you held to what you said mattered
You care about more than your own outcomes. You want to lead in a way that's honest to the wider system you're part of
You know the work is you, and you're ready to do it
Introducing Co-Vision for Executives…
Co-Vision is Developmental Coaching for Executives
Most Executive Coaching is focussed on your performance.
Co-Vision goes way beyond that. It looks into you - the person doing it.
It is deliberately developmental, using adult development psychology to help you operate from your leading edge more of the time and let go of outdated patterns
It is relational, honesty, directness, playback, pushback from someone deeply invested in your success
It is strategic and systemic, we are looking at the systems you’re part of and how you, showing up at your best (and worst!), influences out and across
Who you are is how you lead. This is where you take responsibility for that.
What’s included:
Twelve 90 minute sessions over twelve months, and a responsive between-sessions approach when hot topics arise. Not a diary slot, a business partner in your development
Tailored diagnostics chosen for your specific circumstances, Leading Edge Stages Assessment, 360 Developmental Diagnostic, Values Profile
A developmental theme per session, chosen to meet you where you actually are and move you forward, not a generic curriculum
A relationship built for direct challenge, Someone who calls it as they see it, holds you to what you said mattered, and stays through the discomfort of that
Regular reflection on your leading edge, your centre of gravity, and your trailing edge, so your growth stays intentional rather than assumed.
How it works…
STEP ONE: Express your interest
Fill in a short form and I'll come back to you within 48 hours. No obligation - just a conversation to make sure this is right for you, and you're right for the cohort
STEP TWO: We talk
A proper conversation, two ways. You get to sense whether this feels right. I get to understand where you are and what you're looking for. Places are only offered where there's a real fit.
STEP THREE: Confirm your place
Once we both know it's right, I'll send you everything you need to get started
STEP FOUR: The year begins
12 sessions over twelve months, every other month. You bring what's alive in your world. You get what you need - perspective, containment, care, creativity. You leave differently to how you arrived - and glad of it.
Strictly limited places available
The nature of working in this way, with depth and breadth formed in the Co-Vision partnership, necessarily limits the number of clients.
A waiting list is held when places are not available. Reach out for more information.
Why Co-Vision
Philosophy...
Most executive coaching looks at what you did. Co-Vision looks at who you're becoming.
Leadership has broadly confused performance with development. You can run a board meeting flawlessly and still be governed by a pattern you formed decades ago. Sharper delivery doesn't touch that. What changes it is working underneath, at the identity, the self that shows up in the room whether you meant it to or not.
The world you're leading in isn't slowing down. More complexity, more speed, less time to think before the next thing lands. Most leaders respond by trying to keep up. Co-Vision builds something else entirely: the capacity to meet what's coming, rather than just react to it faster.
We start by seeing more clearly, together. What you're actually carrying. Where your strength runs out under pressure. What's yours to work on, and what's been sitting there quietly for years, waiting.
From that, we shape a vision of how you want to lead. A promise you make to yourself, with someone else holding you to it.
That's the job. To hold you to what you said mattered. To notice when you're slipping back into the old pattern, the one that got you here but won't get you further, and name it before you've talked yourself out of seeing it. To help you lean toward the edge of who you're capable of becoming, again and again, until it's just who you are.
Think of it as a business partner for your development. Someone embedded enough in how you lead to see the pattern, say it plainly, and stay with you while you work it loose.
This is for leaders who are serious about their own growth, who've already started the inner work and aren't ready to stop, and who want to be seen honestly, warts and all, with someone who stays in the room for it.
If you want a shift you wouldn't want to come back from, this is where it happens.

Most executive coaching sharpens what you already do. This works at the level underneath, the identity and pattern that shapes how you lead whether you're aware of it or not. We name where you're stuck, not just where you want to improve. -
The first session is contracting how we will work together, and then starting to develop the vision for how you want to be in your life and work, identifying the gap and the specific developmental moves you will need to be intentional about.
Every session offers space to slow down, add perspective and be more intentional about how you show up. You can bring live issues to work through and we’ll explore the developmental themes. You bring what's alive in your world right now. Work, life, strategies, relationships. We work through whats really going on amd what to do with it.
You leave clearer, lighter and more certain about how you need to move forward.

No. This is developmental coaching for Executives. The work can touch on deep personal material - because who you are is how you lead, and the two aren't separate. But the focus stays on you as a person and the development of your leadership. Coaching can succesfully run alongside therapy. I am certified as a trauma-informed coach and if something surfaces that needs more therapeutic support, or different expertise, I'll say so.

Twelve sessions across twelve months. Real change needs time to take root. The rhythm offers time to try things out and consolidate what you’re learning about yourself. There is research available that says working at your leading edge with a developmental coach who is sufficiently skilled to stretch you in the precise ways you need, can accelerate a stage change from 3-5 years to one year. Many Co-Vision partnerships will go on for many more months and years.

Let’s be honest, your life almost certainly will change! The pace of organisational life speeds up. Jobs change. Families change. You change. Life happens.
The Co-Vision partnership journeys with you. If something significant changes, we'll have a grown up conversation. The commitment is to your future self.
-
Co-Vision is a significant investment in your future self. The investment is dependent on diagnostics, scope and what needs to be tailored to meet your requirements.

Leaders who want to make a meaningful contribution.
Leaders who want to develop themselves and others.
Leaders who are open, curious and prepared to look honestly at themselves.
Leaders who want to build their capacity to handle more complexity, become more wise over time and build powerful resonance that influences widely and deeply.
-
Leaders who only care about their own success and think their people are just replaceable resources to boss around.
Leaders who want a sycophant to tell them what they want to hear.
Leaders who are not committed to their own growth and development.

Yes. This is your developmental space, held for you, and not reported back. What we work on stays between us unless you choose to bring it into your organisation yourself.
On rare occassions, the CEO/CPO will have commissioned the programme and request progress updates and this will be agreed transparently as part of the contracting process. Usually this is extremely brief high-level strategic or systemic themes to protect the confidential nature of the space.
Discretion, integrity, boundaries and privacy is important for all of us.

The nature of working in this way means that a very limited number of clients can be supported at one time. The partnership takes time to form, the development takes time to integrate and many clients renew multiple times as the work deepens and develops.
When we speak I will be direct about when we might be able to work together. If its not feasible for you to wait for a space with me I can connect you with others in my outstanding network of coaches.
